Endoscopy

PELD (Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumabr Discectomy) is Uniportal Endoscpic technique which uses natural opening in Spinal column for as an Entry point to Spinal pathologies, thus eliminating the need for normal bone and tissue cutting. Being uniportal, this procedure can be done under Local Anesthesia (Awake Spine Surgery), thus reducing the risks of General anaesthesia and resulting in quicker mobility and reduced medical expenses.

Types of Endoscopy Surgeries:

Transforaminal Endoscopy

Time tested and routinely performed surgeries in the patients to fix their spinal problems. "A traditional surgical approach involving direct incisions to access, repair, or remove affected tissues, offering precise control for complex procedures."

UBE (Lumbar & cervical)

Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy is the 2nd generation endoscopy that involves 2 separate incisions for the passage of endoscope and working instruments. "UBE is minimally invasive spine surgery using two small portals."
